Opendoor, based in San Francisco, is a technology-driven real estate company that aims to simplify and streamline the process of buying and selling homes. Their primary product is an innovative platform that allows homeowners to sell their properties quickly and conveniently. The company operates in over 50 cities across the United States, continuously expanding its reach.

As the Head of SEO and Content, I built SEO and Content teams and processes from zero to scale. Main accomplishments:

  • Developed and implemented the company’s first SEO strategy
  • Provided strategic guidance for website redesign
  • Develop and implemented SEO localization strategy for company’s expansion to 50+ U.S. cities
  • Built and managed the company’s blog
  • Developed, implemented and oversaw thought leadership content management program with new site section “Opendoor Guides” with 100+ long-form articles, aimed at provides valuable insights and trends to home buyers, seller and real estate agents
  • Developed and drove SEO playbook for all go-to-market processes and product launches
  • Developed and drove technical SEO roadmap, aimed a continuously improve the site’s crawlability, indexibility and performance
  • Hired, trained and grew in-house team of SEO managers, content strategists, writers, editors and designers, managed partnerships with content and SEO marketing agencies
